DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), AVmori responds to valid claims of copyright infringement concerning material or content accessible through our website.
AVmori does not host or store the underlying third-party video or image files on its own servers. Certain content may be made accessible through third-party URLs, embeds, links, or external content providers. Where applicable, AVmori may disable access to the relevant page, listing, link, or embed upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice.
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. AVmori reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding fraudulent, abusive, or materially deficient notices.
Filing a DMCA Complaint
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, displayed, linked, embedded, or otherwise made accessible through AVmori in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit AVmori to locate the material, including the direct URL of the AVmori page where the material is accessible.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit AVmori to contact the complaining party, including the person's name, address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Submitting a DMCA Notice
DMCA notices may be submitted through our contact form with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request".
To help us process your request efficiently, please include all information listed above and provide direct URLs identifying the material at issue.
If the allegedly infringing material is supplied by a third-party website or external content provider, AVmori may also identify or notify the relevant third-party source where appropriate.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material was removed or access was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required under applicable DMCA law.
A valid counter-notification generally includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or that person's agent
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, AVmori may process the request in accordance with applicable law.
Important Notice
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
Please do not submit false, fraudulent, or materially misleading copyright claims.
Third-Party Content
AVmori does not claim ownership of third-party videos, images, or other media made available through external sources.
Because certain content may be delivered from third-party servers, submitting a DMCA notice to AVmori does not necessarily result in deletion of the underlying file from the original third-party server. Where appropriate, copyright owners may also need to contact the relevant hosting provider, content provider, or original source.
Our Commitment
AVmori respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners and responds to valid copyright complaints in accordance with applicable law.
We will review properly submitted copyright complaints and, where appropriate, take reasonable action to disable access to material identified as infringing.
